What is the standard return policy?
We offer a 24-hour returns for customers, starting from the day the shipment is delivered or picked up in-store.
Return requirements
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
- No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
- Orders must be returned in the same country which they were originally purchased in.
All below items are non-returnable:
- Engraved and monogrammed products
- Earrings used to pierce during a piercing appointment
Return shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returning orders subject to a return fee will be deducted from the amount being refunded to you.

3. How do I return my in-store purchase?
Returning in-store
Please have your confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt with you. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including the SCS certificate for Lab Grown Diamond pieces.
Returning online

4. When will I receive my refund?
When we receive the item, our returns department confirms that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure its eligibility for a refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible, and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. Most refunds are processed on the same day as received, but please allow us up to a maximum of 14 days for the money to reach your account. It rarely takes that long but can happen sometimes for reasons such as bank delays or errors.
