Return + Exchange
What is the standard return policy?
We offer a 48-hour returns for customers, starting from the day the shipment is delivered or picked up in-store.
Return requirements
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
- No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
- Orders must be returned in the same country which they were originally purchased in.
All below items are non-returnable:
- Engraved and monogrammed products
- Earrings used to pierce during a piercing appointment
Return shipping
Returning orders subject to a return fee of 1.500KD will be deducted from the amount being refunded to you.
2. How do I return?
Returning an item is a simple process. You can visit our nearest store with a printed copy of your order confirmation for a fast, hassle-free return or exchange.
Alternatively, get in touch with us using any of the contact options below and we'll arrange a doorstep pickup for you. Please note the following fees apply for doorstep service:
- Returns: KD 1.5 for the courier to collect the item from your doorstep.
- Exchanges: KD 3.0 in total — KD 1.5 for the courier to collect the item, plus KD 1.5 to deliver your replacement once it's ready.
